Most Valuable Player: - Kurt Warner (Pipe Dreamz) The first non-drafted league MVP, and the second member of a Tim Pieper owned team to win MVP honors (Terry Allen in 1996 being the other). Picked up for $1.00 in week #2 he produced 134 fantasy points - or 30.3% of the Pipe Dreamz scoring output. Warner edged out RB Stephen Davis (Mean Machines) who put up 103 points in his 11 starts - or 23 ½% of his teams offense.

Least Valuable Player: - Kevin Dyson (Pipe Dreamz) Also acquired as a free agent in week #2 he didn’t fare nearly as well. Dyson clinched the Troy Drayton Award by scoring a total of 6 fantasy points in 11 games. Dyson edged out TE Ben Coates (South Side Cartel) who scored 12 points in 1 early season game and then refused to score again.

Steal of the Draft: - Wesley Walls (Roncos) The first selection in round 13 (121st overall) produced 7 touchdowns and 43 fantasy points. Other candidates included pick #102 James Stewart (Squirrels on the Sauce) with 59 points in 9 games, and selection #103 Jeff George (Gerbils of Destiny) with 82 points in just 6 starts

First Round Draft Brick: - No award given. With the exception of #4 pick Brett Favre, the entire first round would qualify as the winner. (See fantasy fun fact listed below)

Blindfold award: - Rich Gannon (Timinators) Drafted 136th, he appeared just once during the season (week #7) and produced 14 fantasy points - with 351 yards passing and 2 TD throws.

Rookie of the Year: - Edgerrin James (Gerbils of Destiny) The 23rd player selected proved a worthy selection - with 96 fantasy points, and scoring in 10 of the 12 weeks in which he played

Free Agent Pick up of the Year: Kurt Warner (Pipe Dreamz) See above

Waste of Space Award: - Kent Graham (Gerbils of Destiny) Graham is the inaugural winner of this award. Drafted in the 14th round (138th overall) Graham spent the entire season on the Gerbils roster and never once saw action.
